About Bouquet Sizes
Our arrangements come in four convenient sizes,
ranging from extra large to small. But, regardless of size, all
our flowers are picked and shipped within twenty-four hours, so
they are guaranteed to remain fresh and fragrant for many days.
Extra Large Bouquet
This is our most dazzling arrangement. Extra
large bouquets have the longest stems and largest blooms available
and there are generally more blossoms on each stem. These are
absolutely the highest quality flowers you can get. They come
with a classic glass vase and include more stems than smaller
sizes. Choose this size when you want to make the greatest possible
impression.
Large Bouquet
Large arrangements have long stems and medium
to large sized blooms. These are very high quality flowers that
are just a bit smaller, and with a few less stems than extra large
bouquets. The arrangements are highly attractive and suitable
for even the most special occasions.
Medium Bouquet
Medium sized arrangements are all medium length
stems and medium sized blooms. These stems may not be as tall
as those in our larger sizes, but they are still high quality
flowers that make an eye-catching arrangement.
Small Bouquet
Our small, economical bouquets have shorter
stem lengths, small to medium sized buds and fewer flowers than
the larger sizes, but they are still very attractive and suitable
for those more casual occasions. And, like our larger sizes, they
are picked and shipped within twenty-four hours, so they are just
as fresh.
Substitutions
If, due to poor weather conditions, a particular
flower, plant or color choice is not suitable for shipping, we
will send a fresh selection of equal or greater value.
Gift Box
Fresh flowers deserve special treatment. Every
bouquet we sell is carefully packaged and wrapped in tissue for
extra protection. Flowers are shipped to recipient in a beautiful
gift box. Each bouquet is designed artfully and, if you choose,
placed in a vase. We provide detailed instructions on how to care
for your fresh-cut flowers along with a handwritten gift card
to express your sentiments.
Shipping
We send flowers from the grower directly to
the person you're buying them for, so they arrive fresher and
longer-lasting than most flowers you've probably sent or received
before. Fast delivery ensures your flowers will arrive just days
after being cut.
• Orders must be placed by 11:00 a.m. PST
to arrive the following day. If you do not choose a future date,
orders will arrive the next day. There is no Sunday delivery.
Orders placed after 11:00 a.m. PST on Saturday through Monday
at 11:00 a.m. PST will arrive on Tuesday.
• Shipping cost is $9.95 for Monday through
Saturday delivery in the 48 contiguous United States. Some delivery
restrictions may apply. There is a $10.00 surcharge on shipments
to Alaska and Hawaii. Plants cannot be shipped to Hawaii. We
regret that we cannot deliver flowers to a P.O.Box address.
• Orders will be accepted from anywhere
in the world for delivery in the 48 contiguous United States.
Delivery is not available on Sundays and the following six holidays:
Memorial Day (last Monday and Tuesday in May), Labor Day (September
4 and 5), Christmas (December 25 and 26), Independence Day (July
4 and 5), Thanksgiving (fourth Thursday and Friday in November)
and New Year's Day (January 1 and 2).
• For most locations in the continental
U.S., delivery will occur by 3:00 p.m.. Remote areas will be
served by 6:00 p.m. No Saturday delivery is available in remote
locations.
• All orders have an "automatic"
signature release that enables FedEx to release the shipment
at the requested location without a signature.
Same Day Delivery
We are happy to take orders for same day delivery.
Orders must be placed by 11:00 a.m. PST to arrive the same day.
If a particular flower, plant or color choice is not available
for same day delivery , we will send a fresh selection of equal
or greater value. Our standard same day delivery charge is $9.95.
International Orders
International deliveries are made to locations
outside the United States and Canada. Floral arrangements delivered
internationally may vary due to current exchange rates, or regional
and seasonal availability. International shipping cost is $19.95
Holiday Orders
Since holidays are busy times it's important
to place your order early. Prior to certain holidays, we'll post
specific delivery schedules. Requests for delivery at specific
times of the day may be placed, but can't be guaranteed.
Funeral Orders
Special attention will be given to your funeral
order to ensure it is delivered before the service.
Our Delivery Policy
We are happy to take orders for future delivery
dates. For special events we will ship to arrive on the exact
date, whenever possible. We will make every effort to answer your
questions and satisfy any concerns you may have.
